Marble Mountains

The Marble Mountains. Our tour will start with the first point of interest, the Marble Mountains. The Five Marble Mountains are located about 10 km from Da Nang towards Hoi An. They are named after the 5 elements, according to Buddhist teachings: water, metal, wood, fire and earth. . Water Mountain (Thuy Son) is equipped with its own elevator to access the summit.

At the top you can visit different caves, several of which house Buddhist temples and marble sculptures. During the Vietnam War, a Vietnamese hospital was hidden in the caves, just a few miles from major U.S. military bases.

Linh Ung Pagoda – Lady Buddha

Our next destination is Linh Ung Pagoda, the largest pagoda in Da Nang. It is home to one of the largest Buddha statues in Vietnam, the Lady Buddha, which is 67m high and can be seen from Da Nang Beach. Just after Linh Ung Pagoda, we will visit a fishing village.

Cloud Pass / Hai Van Pass

Hai Van Pass is located between Hue and Da Nang. This impressive feature has always played an important role as the border between North and South Vietnam. It is also known for its beautiful landscapes and magnificent views of the mountains and the South China Sea.

The Cloud Pass is 21 km long, winding over the hills of the Truong Son mountains which jut into the sea. It represents both an ancient geographical boundary and a climatic boundary between the north and south of the country. In addition to the mountain road, the pass can also be crossed using the railway which is located closer to the sea and passes through several tunnels.

Lang Co

Lăng Cô Bay and fishing village lies between Lap An Lagoon and the East Sea, about 70 km south of Hue and 30 km north of Da Nang city. Lăng Cô was recognized as one of the most beautiful bays in the world in 2009.
