Do you want to make your own stunning handcrafted lantern? Join our lantern-making course. No skills required. Have fun.

Come and discover one of Hoi An’s most beautiful traditions with our lantern-making workshop. Our local master lantern maker will teach you how to make lanterns during our workshop, lasting between 1.5 to 2 hours.

The lanterns are made from 100% Jacquard silk stretched over a bamboo frame with a tassel underneath. These lanterns are inspired by Vietnamese artisans and are meant to bring good fortune.

Schedule:

Our workshop opens at 8 am and closes at 5 pm.

The workshop lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours.
